WLP Announces New Chief Development Officer

Women’s Lunch Place, a unique multi-service organization, providing day shelter to more than 1,500 women struggling with hunger, homelessness, substance use and mental health disorders, announces the hiring of Paula Klim White to the new role of Chief Development Officer.

Paula is a seasoned, professional fundraiser with impactful leadership experience across the fundraising spectrum. She has developed innovative strategies to secure resources at many of our community’s leading institutions including Children’s Hospital, the New England Aquarium, the Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Boys & Girls Club. Paula comes to WLP with decades of experience creating and fostering relationships among philanthropic and business leaders of Boston.

Paula is uniquely suited to lead Women’s Lunch Place’s development efforts as we move forward to deepen and enrich our programming and build collaborative relationships to best meet the needs of our vulnerable guests. She will oversee all development efforts, lead our talented and dynamic development team, and partner with the Executive Director, Jennifer Hanlon Wigon, and the WLP Board to broaden our community of supporters. Paula’s experience, competency, and commitment to the mission of WLP will enhance and strengthen our fundraising capabilities.
