SIGNED, SEALED, DELIVERED.
Some obstacles our guests face are very complex. Others, we know we can solve today!
Every week, we need to notarize housing applications, legal documents, medical paperwork, and more. Often, that signature comes at the very end of a long process.
Sometimes, one notarized signature is all that stands between a guest and the next step toward housing, healthcare, or stability. But getting that stamp can mean finding a notary, paying a fee, traveling across the city, and navigating an unfamiliar system.
At Women’s Lunch Place, guests can get a document notarized by a staff member they already know and trust.
With two new notaries, we now have four total across our shelters. That means fewer delays, no fees, and another way we can make complicated systems easier to handle.
This is just one example of the practical solutions your support makes possible. Your generosity allows our team to meet women where they are, remove barriers when we can, and help guests move toward housing and stability.
Thank you for being part of our community.
With gratitude,
