Join Women's Lunch Place Young Professionals as we Fight it Forward at EverybodyFights FiDi location.
TRAINxCARDIO: An interval-based circuit class incorporating movements and exercises to improve cardiovascular conditioning. Stations may include Rowing, Cycling, Battle Ropes, Jump Rope, Kettlebells and Turf Exercises.
CLASS DETAILS: 50 minute class. 12 Rounds. Gloves and wraps NOT required.
100% of the proceeds will go to Women's Lunch Place to support women struggling with homelessness and poverty.
